We recommend starting the process with a free planning meeting. This covers things like working out what your maximum mortgage amount will be, how much this could cost on a monthly basis and what your maximum purchase price may be. We will also go through with you what to expect along the way, answer your questions and point out things to be aware of like different types of valuations available, putting you in a perfect position to go house hunting with confidence.


When you are ready to make offers on potential properties your adviser can obtain a decision in principle certificate so that you can place offers with estate agents confidently, knowing you have your adviser on your side. (Bear in mind an estate agent is obliged to work on behalf of the seller of the property). Once you have an offer accepted your adviser will then submit your mortgage application and stick with you with you throughout the whole process right up to collecting your keys and beyond. We don't even have administration staff, so you know you can access the expertise of your own adviser for any questions all the way through.
