Focus on Damp and Mould - 0930 to 1230

Damp and Mould is an area that landlords and letting agents mention to us on a regular basis as being a topical issue and often a source of friction with tenants. In response to demand we will be holding a unique conference aiming at raising awareness of the issues and solutions available.

We will have health professionals and other experts on hand who will talk in more detail about the types of damp in properties and diagnostic tools to help determine the state of the property. There will be advice on achieving a good moisture balance in a property and dealing with condensation. The conference will be packed with practical solutions to help landlords and letting agents support and advise tenants.

Organised by Safe Suffolk Renters.

Networking lunch for morning and afternoon delegates - 1230 to 1330

A complimentary buffet lunch will be available for those attending either the morning or afternoon event.

Retrofit Solutions - 1330 to 1630

This conference is aimed at landlords, residents, homeowners and built environment professionals. The afternoon will feature case study examples and expert advice on providing innovative retrofit solutions to help increase energy efficiency in properties of all types.

Organised by the University of Suffolk and Suffolk Climate Change Partnership.
